Here, we have compiled some information you may find useful before making a booking.

Accommodation at the Corendon Playa Resort, a 5-star establishment, is required for organizational purposes, including participation in the all-inclusive program, CHAMP BOWL community events, and access to additional tournament facilities. The tournament offers a comprehensive program for both parents and players, featuring opening and closing ceremonies, a players’ party, workshops, and tiebreak tournaments for parents.

 

Furthermore, participants have the privilege of using the courts free of charge during the tournament, along with access to the fitness room within the club. It’s important to note that CHAMP BOWL has an exclusive contract with the resort regarding the hotel and tennis academy, making this the sole means of organizing the tournament in its current format.

Only official teams, individual players (partners and not organizing countries), coaches, persons in charge, parents or other family members, and friends who booked the accommodations via the CHAMP BOWL have the right to participate in the tournament.

 

By extending participation rights to these diverse groups of individuals, the tennis tournament fosters an atmosphere of inclusivity and support, encouraging both players and their support networks to be a part of this thrilling sporting spectacle.

Certainly, participants are required to reserve accommodations for the entire duration of the week-long event. The tournament is scheduled to coincide with the high summer season, and as a result, the hotel is expected to reach full capacity.

 

Consequently, booking for a shorter stay is not feasible. However, should you wish to arrive earlier to engage in tournament preparation, you will have the flexibility to book a longer stay, extending your stay as needed.

In the U9 and 10 categories, the modus is round-robin (groups) with KO, or consolation draw. This means that every player has 2–3 matches in the group. If a player qualifies, they will continue in the KO elimination.


If they do not qualify for the group, they can play in the consolation round. From the middle of the week on, doubles will also be played.


In the U11-16 categories, the modus is a KO draw with a consolation draw (min. 2 matches). However, if the capacity allows more matches, the same modus as the U9 and 10 categories will be used. This decision will be made shortly before the tournament, between the entry deadline and the drawing.

No, sign-up for doubles is only possible at the academy until ………….. afternoon. Players from the same country are encouraged to build a team. In case they cannot find a partner, they can play with players from different countries or write their name on the list.

No, online booking of practice courts is not possible. The tournament will try to offer maximal practice court availability to all players. During the matches, the practice possibility will be limited as the courts will be used for the matches. The tournament desk will have all the necessary information about practice court bookings, which will be made available at 17:00 for the next day(s). However, there is a possibility of booking practice courts during the day on………., and in the case of additional practice courts being available, the information will be provided at the tournament desk.

In the event of adverse weather conditions, the tournament organizers will exercise prudence and responsibility by postponing the scheduled matches. This decision to delay the matches will be made with careful consideration of various factors, such as the safety of the participants, the integrity of the playing surface, and the overall well-being of all involved parties.
